Compassion helps us enjoy better mental and physical health. As your inner being changes, your whole outer life will evolve, as well. It will have a different fragrance, a different beauty, a different grace. A budding desire to treat your body with reverence and compassion will burgeon forth. As Osho explains, "unless you love the body, you cannot grow spiritually. The body is the temple of the soul." An easeful transition into the vegan lifestyle both cares for the body and preserves and expands the compassion for animals in our hearts.
